I highly recommend Tire On Time. Adam and Victor were both amazing, friendly, professional, and genuinely provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a while. There was an issue with the original tires installed not having the exact speed rating I had requested and confirmed beforehand. I called Adam the next morning, explained my concern, and he handled it perfectly. No arguing, no attitude, no making me feel like I was being difficult. He listened, immediately started looking for the exact tires I needed, called me back quickly, found them, and arranged for Victor to come back out and replace them at no additional charge. Adam has one of those naturally calm voices that can bring the temperature of a conversation down without even trying. 😂 And Victor was just as friendly and pleasant both times he came out. If these two were cussing me out in their heads at any point, I would NEVER know it because they stayed incredibly nice the entire time. 😂 Mistakes happen. What matters to me is how a business responds when something goes wrong, and these guys absolutely nailed that part. There’s nothing quite like arriving at work with a damaged tire and a day full of important meetings. Luckily, I found Tire on Time. They arrived quickly, made the repair and let me get back to work. Very friendly and reasonably priced as well. And yes, that’s a wheel weight that punctured my tire.

10/10 experience!!! Fast. Friendly. Affordable price. I called around and they gave me a quote and time frame that was reasonable. The technician, KP was super friendly and thorough. I suspected I had a nail in my tire and KP found 2!!! He took care of my tire, made me feel safe to drive home, and was overall a nice person!! I will definitely use them again and/or recommend them to my family and friends if this happened again.

Victor and his partner provided excellent service. They arrived within an hour with the correct tire size and took the time to show me the damage on my old tires. The pricing was very reasonable—I paid $429 for 20-inch tires and convenient at-home service. I truly appreciate the mobile service, especially living alone and needing reliable transportation for work and church. They saved me both time and money. Highly recommend their professional and efficient service!
